Shipping

Once your payment has cleared in full, your Product will be ready for collection from our London or Dubai locations, or dispatched via one of our trusted delivery partners (including DHL and Addison Lee) at our cost. We take responsibility for your Product until it reaches you safely.

International shipments may require CITES export certification depending on the Product and destination. We'll always let you know before you order if there's any restriction on shipping to your location.

Delivery timescales given at the time of order are estimates; we'll confirm final timing on your invoice and keep you updated on any changes.

Returns

Given the rarity and value of our pieces, all sales are final once payment has been made. We ask that you check your Product carefully on arrival — if there's any damage in transit, or the item doesn't match its description, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and we'll make it right.
